Good packing.
Thanks again

Hi Mike,

You just wanted to know if you thought your packaging of the painting was well done?

Well I sure do!  It arrived safely and promptly and as you described, is a fabulous

painting!  I wish we could all read the name of the artist, but it will be a mystery!

I intend to alert the auction house about the terrific job you did--and the honesty

in writing me to inform of the discrepancy in size and price--thanks so much for

helping me with this item!  John Witte

Mr. Mike Kaufman

Recently received shipment of Lionel toy train antique items. I not only commend you, but your staff on doing the best packing and shipping that I have ever seen. You would not believe what I have received from other shippers. You get 5 GOLD STARS in my book!

Would you be kind enough, at your convenience, to forward this to William Bunch Auctions? My invoice # is WB00061754 and was received yesterday. The 438 and 97 were better than represented. I have been collecting toy trains for 40 years and my wife collected toy train accessories. The 438 signal tower was to be a birthday gift for her She died unexspectantly 4 days before her 78th birthday. The 97 coal elevator is a nice project to repair and will be a gift for my grandson. Having recently dealt with an incompetent "South Florida Auctions" house ,I was pleased with your firm and would highly recommend you to all my collector friends. I am a member of the Train Collector Association and will advise the editor of your firm and also the incompetence of South Florida in order that other train collectors can avoid them.
